Angie excels in her role in motivating, educating, and making training a fun and rewarding experience. Angie understands the fitness goals and desires of her clients and creates a customized work out that assists her clients in the achievement of their goals. She works with diverse clientele including senior adults, athletes, and those new to exercise. Angie holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M, she is a certified personal trainer with NASM, and is certified through AFAA for group exercise. Angie is knowledgeable of the importance strengthening muscles for overall balance and how it affects the body.

Angie accepts bookings for the following forms of training:

  • individual personal training sessions

  • small group personal training for pairs or groups of three

  • small classes for groups of 8 or more
